Over the past year or so, the dreamscaped creations of Mary Katrantzou have swiftly catapulted her into fashion infamy. You may recall from a previous post my infatuation with color, so it goes without saying that MK’s loud, digital prints send me into another stratosphere altogether. Her zaney and otherworldly-beautiful (dare I say trippy?) designs have redefined the term “wearable art;” yet, as Alexa Chung so artfully demonstrates below, these masterpieces translate seamlessly into real life. Clearly a worthwhile investment….
