Totally Obsessed: Miranda July

I have been enamored by Miranda July since I saw her first feature-length film, Me and You and Everyone We Know, during my freshman year of college. She wrote, directed, and starred in this film as well as her new film, The Future. July started off as a writer and performance artist and has found success across the board. My favorite book has to be No One Belongs Here More Than You, a collection of short stories which are both hilarious and incredibly pain-filled. I love Miranda July for her quirky point of view, her creative mind, and her style as well. Her love for vintage patterns and prints, over-sized collars and high-waisted pants and shorts are perfect with her adorable hair. More curly fros, please! Miranda, marry me.
