Sloane Style
This past Saturday marked the grand opening of Sloane boutique, a decidedly fashion-forward apparel shop in Over-the-Rhine. After following Sloane’s progress on Facebook via its uber cool and style savvy owner, Duru Armagen, we couldn’t wait to peruse its offerings. Needless to say, we weren’t disappointed—from House of Harlow jewelry and sunglasses to faux fur jackets and Pendleton-inspired blazers, everything was on-trend. The boutique offers styles from well-known brands (Dolce Vita, Paige Jeans, Joie) as well as lesser-knowns and local designers (Reborn by Maggie). The interior of the store is super modern and minimal, with white walls, wood accents and perfect lighting (all from locally sourced artisans and vendors), allowing the merchandise to speak for itself. We’re fairly certain that Sloane will up the ante for the Cincinnati fashion scene, and we’re all in!
