Dine at Lime
After the Tiffany’s event on Tuesday, us ladies were feeling a bit hungry. Betsy had been gushing about Lime, this little gourmet burrito place in Covington—a neighborhood just over the river—so we decided to hit it up. I went for the tofu black bean burrito—yum! Betsy insisted the nice gentleman surprise her with something. He remembered her from the previous time she was in with her family, (post workout, gloriously glistening) and came up with a ground beef burrito of sorts which she thoroughly enjoyed. It is safe to say, we both will be back here for more good conversation and hearty burritos in the future.
