Totally Obsessed: Gosling Swag

Both of us are huge fans of Ryan Gosling for obvious reasons: he’s an amazing actor, he dresses well, and every time he smiles a Golden Retriever puppy is born. We both caught glimpses of Ryan (that’s right, we’re on a first name basis) when he was in Cincinnati earlier this year filming “Ides of March”—Becki spotted Mr. Gosling in a dapper and perfectly tailored suit downtown, while Betsy saw him walking his dog in Mt. Adams in jeans and a fitted leather jacket. Both looks seem to epitomize his now-signature style: sleek suits made with unique details for nights on the town, and simple yet tough ensembles for the daytime. This guy also knows how to accessorize; from tortoise shell glasses to a smart brown watch or leather driving gloves (like the ones he wore in “Drive”), R. Gos’s repertoire is highly edited and decidedly masculine. It would seem our favorite Canadian has come a LONG way since his (less-than-ironic) grungy days (remember this look?). Guys, take notes!!
